L'International Olive Oil School è promossa da Olive Oil Times - che pubblica la rivista telematica on-line sul settore dell'olio di oliva maggiormente diffusa nel mondo - organizzatrice del Concorso Oleario Internazionale di New York NYIOOC. 

La missione della scuola IOOS è quella di fornire uno scambio di conoscenza su tutti gli aspetti dell'olio d'oliva.
